Terms of Service

By accessing or using CarDealersBay, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

CarDealersBay provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables pre-owned car dealers to create branded websites, manage inventory, receive enquiries, and use related admin tools.CarDealersBay is not a party to vehicle transactions between dealers and end customers.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our authorised payment partners. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features until payment is resolved.

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your dealer admin billing section or by contacting support@cardealersbay.in.

• Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
• Yearly plans: Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid term. Access continues until the subscription expiry date unless a refund is approved under our refund policy.
• Store Management add-on: Cancellation of the add-on stops future billing for that service; work already completed is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable RBI / payment-gateway guidelines for digital services in India.

• Duplicate or erroneous charges: Refunded in full after verification, typically within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Service not activated: If you paid but your subscription or dealer site was not provisioned due to a platform error, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
• Monthly subscriptions: Generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or at our discretion for verified billing errors.
• Yearly subscriptions: Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase may be considered on a pro-rata basis if the service was not materially used; requests after 7 days are evaluated case-by-case for platform faults only.

To request a refund, email support@cardealersbay.in with your dealer name, registered email, transaction ID, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days; bank/UPI settlement times may vary.

You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, misrepresent vehicles or business details, interfere with security, or use the service for fraud. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable Indian law.

The platform, software, branding, and documentation are owned by CarDealersBay. Dealers retain ownership of their inventory data, images, and business content uploaded to the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarDealersBay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for transactions between dealers and their customers. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
